I have been learning to play I Saw The Light from the Misfits DVD. I learned most of the tune quickly, however, I just couldn't get the timing on the last phrase right. I've been working on it for 1 1/2 months. Yesterday, I finally got it. I'll see if I still have it today during practice. I hope so. That got it feeling yesterday was great. Keep picking.

	pickn5 says: 7/17/2014 3:25:18 AM Thanks Casey. As of yesterday I still had it, needs work though. I'm playing for family the middle of August, so from now until then I will practice the 5 tunes I know before moving on. Keep picking.

The Misfit's video is like Marmite you either love it or you hate it, and for me, well lets just say it was my least favourite group of lessons to study. I guess the reason was all the tunes on that DVD sounded the same and I had Johnny Cash's arrangement in my head and I just didn't hear that in Murphy's Lesson. Don't get me wrong, there are some valuable licks to study on that DVD and I wouldn't be without it but I passed on learning Murphy's arrangement of I Saw The Light.
