I've been using the Murphy Method since April 2014 following Murphy's Beginning Banjo Track. I never really had a good ear and I sing off key. Yesterday, while listening to the Flatt & Scruggs album Songs Of Glory, the song When The Angels Carry Me Home came on. As I listened, I recognized some licks I learned from the lessons. That was a new experience for me. It was just one of those moments that makes you smile and want to share. Keep picking.
