If you have any opportunity to see Chris Henry and his group "Hardcore Grass" I highly recommend you don't pass up the chance. Not only is Chris an amazing musician, singer and songwriter but his band is also top notch. I saw them in a small venue, a converted church that seats about 150, in Lafayette, CO for $12.75 per ticket. What a bargain. Luckily for me one of the great banjo players in our region, Jeff Scroggins, sat in with the band from start to finish as well. Chris is also very engaging and interacts with the audience directly.
