My favorite mushroom to hunt for are chantrelles. They're not easy to find, but once you find 'em, you're addicted to looking for more!

I start with Morels in the spring, then Bi-color Bolletes, Chicken of the Woods, Bears Head Tooth, Cauliflower mushrooms...man, I'm getting hungry here!!!!
	Cousin Jack says: 2/5/2011 8:18:31 AM Ha ha, you passed the mushroom test! I wouldn't eat that either, but I've heard there is a recipe to boil them down to make them edible, but a trippy experience. Pretty mushroom though.
