Anyone out there with a Frank Neat banjo in their arsenal? Any inclination to compare notes?

I know there are Frank Neat owners out there.
I’m looking into trading for a Frank Neat banjo from 1982. Here’s the banjo:

We’re talking about a 1982 Frank Neat banjo with a Blaylock Bear Tracks tone ring that was sent to Mr. Neat last year for a refret and new binding on the neck. Everything is original except the tuners, tailpiece, and bridge.
I believe Arthur Hatfield recut the neck and that until recently it had been set up with a Blaylock tone ring though the thing was originally equipped with a Kentucky 5 tone ring.
I’m just looking to get a sense from BHO friends regarding Neat’s banjos from that time frame.
Anyone out there in BHO land who might be in a position to tell me anything about how Neat was making them then that might shed light on their playing power now?
Youtube has a bunch of old videos of Frank and friends playing some class act bluegrass:

Thanks.
