Hello. A few years ago I acquired an extra fine late 1964-early 1965 Ode Style A wood rimmed longneck banjo with a "rod on plates" tone ring. I was wondering how rare this banjo was/is, how it is viewed by Ode people (I know Ed Britt likes them), what to insure this banjo for, etc. I can't find a description of the banjo or the tone ring in any of the old Ode literature. Thanks for your help.
