my latest Ode long neck banjo is coming. It has only a Baldwin logo on the head stock. Also, there is no hole in the heel to access the truss rod adjuster.

can anyone give an idea when and where this one might have been built...Boulder or Arkansas?

	TLG says: 4/20/2018 9:32:35 AM Probably Boulder, Chuck told me personally he made Baldwin banjos for 2 years after the buy-out, +/- I have a Baldwin longneck neck with dowel stick, another regular 5 string Baldwin but with the dowel tendon hole filled & co rods

I have been cleaning for days but under all the film and dirt is a beauty. the neck is a thing of beauty and the pot looks like new. I had to fill a spike hole. the original geared 5th string peg appears to be a Kolb. it was in need of polishing but works fine. the long bar Shubb capo had the same grime on it but finally shines. the last of the parts i'm waiting on are coming tomorrow and I will string it up. I'm gonna polish the Harptone latches and hinges next. It is near mint too.

Forum Post: (untitled) Linked by 35planar 7 years ago: Looking for an ODE 5-string neck, pre-Baldwin, dowel stick or no dowel stick, long or standard, tuners or none as long as the truss rod, frets, and wood are decent with no twist. I know, seems futile.
