well, yesterday was not too good on the goals front either as i had a colleague's leaving do after work. i did fit in some practice though.

i have a lot more time on weekends so i'm hopeful that my practice time will be a lot more fruitful. i'm also going to re-asses things and put together a 'plan of action' as i found i wasted time this week trying to decide which was the best thing to practice and looking for various tabs/materials etc,
