I am very pleased with my latest project! Fits me pretty well, although a tad on the heavy side .

	banjotef says: 1/28/2011 5:23:05 PM I am building a neck for a pot with a used Yates V1 ring. Also, Warren was so generous to explain to me this week, how he fits the neck to the pot. I have to remove and re-color a maple neck on one of my other built banjos. TransTint dyes are the best colors for curly maple.

But I'm having trouble adjusting to only 4 strings - I keep wanting to play 6-string chords. So I'm thinking I'll make a 6-string neck for it. But I think banjos with guitar pegheads look weird, so I'll design a banjo-style peghead for it. Make sense?
