Taborgrass starts its 2015-2016 season on Saturday, September 12th and will continue every Saturday and through the holidays until our graduation day on Saturday, May 21st.
The morning class will have its song and tune list as we've done every year. This year for the first time, the afternoon class will also have a specific song and tune list that we will cover for the year.
This year I am very excited to be introducing what we will call "The Jams" for now. The Jams will go from 1pm to 2:30pm every Saturday and will be led by professional bluegrass musicians! The Jams will be for students that have advanced from the morning and afternoon classes and want to continue to be part of our wonderful Taborgrass community. These students will also be encouraged to hang out for the soup break at 2:30 and to help out with the afternoon class jams.
