Well, nobody has added anything about SF 2013, so I thought I would. This will be my second SF after my 'fresher' one last year. Booked in with Bill Evans this year, should be really great. Looking forward to the whole 'immersion' experience again. I've tried to explain the 'Sorefingers Thing' to some non-musical friends...and they just give me this blank look...

Bill's a really great guy and a fantastic teacher, you'll be glad you went! I've booked with Noam, I did his course about 5 years ago and learnt tons, bizarrely he managed to open my eyes to music theory, something I've struggled with most of my life. I'm now hooked and want to learn some more.
There's no way you can describe Sore Fingers to somebody who has never been. A lot of peoples first question is the cost. Sure it's not cheap and I certainly have to save up for it but what price can you put on an experience like Sore Fingers? I often have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. Looking forward to seeing you there Jim and of course many others...

Noam here too :D :D :D Been waiting for this week for 6 (not 5, Guy) years...
Worryingly, this year I'm playing in a band and we have gigs on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon - then off to Kingham - then another gig on the Saturday evening post SF. I may expire!

Sorry people, don't know how that happened... I refreshed the page and it's re-entered my last post and I can't delete it. Hope you don't get too knackered Jer, The hard one going to be on the Saturday after Sore Fingers. I usually arrange to sleep round the clock once I get back... :-)

I saw a light dusting up there a few years back.
