I am waiting for the tone ring. I bought all parts but the neck and resonator from stew mac last November including the bluegrass pot assembly. They shipped everything but the tone ring which is still backordered. I have been working on the rim and neck. I have a Mahogany resonator that a friend gave me. I am (not so) patiently waiting for the tone ring to complete the project. I had one of their kits in the late 70's and loved the sound. I can't wait to get this one going. I confess, I am using a cheap mahogany neck, which I have modified to fit.
