So I just purchased this book from Amazon The author is Stephanie Burns, P.h.D. Stephanie is a learning instructor. I first came across her in my horsemanship journey. She has authored a few books on helping adults learn. So I am into this book now and anyone who is interested in learning strategies I recommend it.

	AndyW says: 7/14/2018 1:24:29 PM A book called 'Bounce' makes the case for practice, also 'Peak', and 'The Practice of Practice'......All relatively cheap and available as e-books. (They do tend to make use of the same research). 'Bounce' is interesting as it's by a sportsman(table tennis) and gives personal insights.
