Handgun or rifle? How thick is a Powder Coat Coating? Could be a song in there! The highest velosity is not always the most accurate.

A good quality cast bullet,no voids and well filled out base, works fine for me. To powder coat seems like a lot of work. Do you pan lube. dip lube, or use a lubrasizer? How much velocity gain are you expecting? I think with 003 -004 larger diameter, it would strip off on the way down the barrel. ???????
