Wow some fierce last minute bidding on eBay just now took a Gibson ESS (Greg Rich era) from £1900 to £3100 in the last few seconds. That's quite a price!

	alfiedog says: 2/23/2017 2:36:41 PM I was keeping an eye on it, hoping maybe £1500-£1800 that it might be worth a punt. £3k is way over priced for an Ebay buy. A few years ago i won a mid 70s RB250 for £1300 it looked mint on the pics. So off i trundled on a 3 hour drive to pick it up, only to find it was a total Pig, cracks every 1" on the res, and neck binding covered in white residue from the rotting case lining, sounded horrible, basically a total right off, so back i came tail between my leg's, and my cash still in my pocket. The moto of the story is be very careful when spending large amounts on Ebay
