Tomorrow (31/01/2016) BBC Radio 3 are broadcasting a show marking the centenary of Cecil Sharp's 1st song collecting trip to Appalachia.
Andy Kershaw is following in Cecil's footsteps, with clips of his 1916 recordings & new interpretations of songs that were taken to the US by the settlers.
Could be interesting judging by the preview material.
It's on at 6.45pm but presumably will be on line 24 hours or so thereafter.
