Just like to thank Andy Anderson (ex slippery hill boy) for organising a great weekend at Glebe Farm Congleton. It was a friendly relaxed event, with everybody willing to pass on playing tips etc. I admit i was a bit dubious about the format (no pro bands) but this event has changed my opinion, and what a great venue, bar, farm shop within walking distance, toilets. Thanks again Andy i am really looking forward to the next one :-) :-)

	conic says: 8/15/2016 3:41:44 PM I agree 100% it was fantastic. dont for get if anybody dont want to camp then the is a pub five minutes walk £60 quid a night for a spotless room and that included a full English. I was really impressed by the quality of a lot of pickers and even some outstanding singers. It was worth going just for the free workshops, I attended several... the Banjo, guitar, fiddle and singing. That last early hours jam in Andys awning was brilliant. Calum, this is one you should not miss next year, its worth the trip, you could get the train up and stay in the pub
