Has anyone any experience or insight into the tonal variations across Vegas various Tubaphone Tenor models?

Try to establish if the Vega DeLuxe Tubaphone has any tonal difference over the Professional and Artist models, all things being equal in setup etc. or are the differences simply cosmetic and finish?

	Bill H says: 5/19/2023 6:28:46 AM I currently have two Tubaphone conversion banjos and have previously owned a 1930 Artist original five-string. These are certainly very similar in tone and volume, but do have individual characteristics of their own. The all original Artist had monster tone and volume. It was incredible and would drown out any other banjo in a crowd. The other two I have with conversion necks are not nearly as load, but are still sweet and brassy.
