This may be a foolish question but I will ask it anyway. What, if any difference, is there between the Model N and the Little Wonder?

Also, recently I came into possession of a Whyte Laydie, SN 90462 , that appears to have the style designation, Style L, stamped over a Little Wonder designation. Any Ideas or comments about how this came to be.

	mainejohn says: 12/18/2011 10:15:08 AM The Style N had a mahogany neck, the Little Wonder a maple neck. The Vega reprint catalog says the N had a "heavy laminated maple rim, grooved tension hoop" while the LW had an "extra heavy six lap laminated maple rim, notched hoop". There may have been other very subtle differences. Where was the stamp of which you speak? If on the dowel stick, quite possibly the Vega factory took an available LW dowel stick that had already been stamped, need a stick for a WL, and simply stamped "Style L" over the LW designation. Same with the rim, if that's where the double stamp occurred.
