I just ordered a left handed RB-75 with a gold tone ring after a few discussions with Mr. Yates (who is extremely helpful) and Alvin at Morgan Music. Are the Waverly planetary tuners easy to use and allow for quick tuning? I have been taking lessons for a couple of years and am upgrading from a Deering Goodtime 2, which has guitar style tuners (worm gear I believe they are called. Thanks in advance for any comments.

	Chris Salomone says: 5/30/2021 3:45:30 AM So, I'v only had about 3-4 different brands of tuners, usually on very good banjos, so they're not el-cheapo tuners bay any means. I'll be totally transparent I can't really tell any difference in tuners (good ones, like Gotoh or Waverly,.....or really any other brand). And I know a few folks who have purchased other well known name brands and the response has been the same. I DO know that Arthur Hatfield favors Gotoh tuners. They do a fine job, in my opinion. I'm probably getting long winded and I still haven't finished my 1st cup of coffee! Have a great day and keep on pickin'!
