Neck profile - Skillethead vs RS

For anyone who's played a Skillethead and a RS model, are the neck profiles the same? Namely the the thickness of the neck. I have a Skillethead, eyeing a RS Mahogany Archtop for sale used, would these have the same neck? Is there much variation between Yate's necks?

	nograss5150 says: 2/13/2015 10:32:57 AM No, they are not the same. The SH has a thicker profile than the other models and each model is different from each other (is my understanding). I had a RS model I ended up selling because of the thinner neck (compared to the SH) but later regretted doing so. The difference you're talking about is measured in the thousandsth but it is noticeable. I think if you call and talk to Warren, he could fill you in on the different models and measurements but they are ever so slight. Having said all that, I would not hesitate to buy another RS model because their tone is right up there (IMHO) but I have to wait for an opening in a closet or under the bed for another banjo to make it's appearance here.
