Played 6 string guitar with my family when I was growing up, then in 1964 met my soon-to-be father-in-law Bill Travis who played great tenor banjo and fell in love with the sound. Bill taught me to play and about 20 years met up with some other local banjo players and formed the Windsor Banjos, Canada's first banjo band.
