I've been a country lead guitar player for 40 years. I started messin with the banjo in the 70's but never got serious. Recently I started working on a song for a woman in Tennessee and used loops for some of the instruments and one was the banjo. I've always loved the banjo but the electric guitar was my first love so I've pretty much just been messin' with the banjo for around 30 years or so which is why I'm still a novice. I intend on learning the banjo and the dobro at least good enough to make some descent recordings and render the loops useless.
