I was born on a tobacco farm in rural North Carolina and worked on the farm until I joined the Army in the 1980's where I was assigned to an Armored Infantry Unit in Germany. I served in Iraq and Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and was later assigned to Fort Hood, Texas on my return to the U.S. After serving 4 years in the Army, I attended Texas State University in Austin and also served as a part-time Deputy Sheriff. In the early 90's I reenlisted and commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. I was assigned to the U.S. Army Center for Deployment Psychology at the Health Sciences Department at Bethesda, MD. I retired in 2003 and took a civilian contractor job at Fort Bragg, North Carolina at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center with the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne). Everything I just told you is a lie and I was never here. :)
