Favorite Bands/Musicians:
Too much typing, and that's not a band; 'though it'd make a good name for one. Right now I could see the doc, Throw Down Your Heart, about a gazillion times. Just danced in La Honda to a psychedelic ole timey version of "I Wanna Be Sedated" played on electric mandolin and frailed banjo. Good fun. I like the OLD stuff, from any country but especially the Celtic Isles, and the new stuff. Take me back to Africa. Your Orisha or mine. I had the deep river blues when Doc Watson died. I'd think of him & Jerry on mandolin jamming in heaven except that I'm an Atheist.
