Started playing clawhammer style about 3 y ago in November, 2008.My friend Kate supplied a banjo and got me going! Thanks a million Kate! I'm largely self taught. Attended American Banjo Camp in 2011. Currently drop thumbing a bit. Playing in novice adult string band (weekly) since 2010; Basic 2-4 chord folk and bluegrass style songs. Learning to sing a bit and the dogs like it! At least now I don't have to offer dog bisquit bribes to keep 'em from howlin!
