I play Old Time, New England Contra Dance and Celtic music on banjo, fiddle, guitar and mandolin and have been playing for dances and concerts with various groups since the mid 1960's. Have recorded 7 albums on vinal and CD. Played at the National Folk Festival at Wolf Trap in 1974. Currently playing with String Theory and Bound to Have a Little Fun Stringband. Long time member of Canterbury Country Dance Orchestra. Lost two fingers on my left hand Jan 2007 and am now learning to play guitar and fiddle lefty. Still playing banjo righty with only 2 fingers to fret.
