Just to let you know, I teach 5-string banjo here in Sydney...Gladesville Guitar Factory School.

 

I love banjo, I love to see people succeed at banjo and I love showing people how. I'm told I am a rare bird but my students can tell you how they are doing but own observations are that they ARE learning how to play!

born Michigan, USA, the sone of Tennessee tenor banjo player William White, played since 1970, first taught in deep southern USA, travelled and played in exotic locations such as Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan, Costa Rica as well as Europe and the UK. Resides in Sydney, Australia and teaches banjo at Gladesville Guitar Factory Music School and performs with "The Spirit of the Land"..combining didgereedo and banjo into Earth Fusion Swamp Grass sound!
