Hi,
Well I finally dove into the BGM to convert to open back. The holes were already drilled in the flange so that the head tension isn't compromised, almost every other hole is drilled out. I need to find or manufacture a different clip to replace the angle brackets that are screwed to the pot so that I can more easily attach the resonator. Does any body know of any top clamps that exist to accomplish this? Further inspection shows that this has a no hole tone ring and an ebony fret board. I understand that she was used for testing. The sound and ease of play is beautiful.
