please help as i have only played in g up to this point i would like to stsrt capoing i understand g tuning to play in the key of a capo the 2nd fret  i am using steve kaufmans 4 hour banjo workout book and am trying to learn ragtime annie it says to play in key of D, C position, capo 2nd fret please . a simple explanation would be greatly appreciated  thanks fred miller
