Good day everyone. I realize that different Bluegrass songs are meant to be played at different speeds but, for a beginner like me who is trying to improve his tempo, using a metronome, what should be my goal to be able to fit appropriately in some (not to advanced) jamming sessions playing some traditional Bill Monroe type songs? Currently, I am practicing with my metronome set at 80. What would be a good goal as my tempo improves? Thank you much.
