Nice collection Rob, a banjo for all occasions and styles. Those White Swallows are nice. Saw Alan Funk at the recent Guildford Banjo Jamboree here in Victoria. Ray Black of "Doole" banjos, and Alan both had displays in the local gallery. I think I saw as many of of Alans as of Rays being played that weekend.

Yep Alan still makes a good 'jo and he isn't getting any younger either!
It's the variety of models and styles and the fact he makes the entire instrument - wood and metal work all in house.
Lucky you. Must try to get to the Guildford Jamboree. Sounds good.
