I love the sound of mike's banjos . I have a Dobson neck on a woody deep 12' pot . Mike made it 12 years ago for Tony at Amherst and I was lucky enough to talk him out of it .. That was the era that Dave Howard and I were both playing 1927 mastertone ball bearing pots with everything stripped off and no resinators showing .. When I went over to the Ramsey he was surprised at first but heard how great a banjo it was ..
