Thanks. It wasn't too hard. I made a quick wooden jig with 2 dowels and 2 screws to locate the tuner holes. I glued a piece of birdseye maple over the face and drew in a shape that would fit and machined up to the line with a 3/4 inch end mill. I recorded my positions in the Y axis at every .100" in the X axis, (long axis of the neck), and repeated the pattern on the other side of center. The large radii on the end were done with a fly cutter. The jig prevented any chipping out. I blended the cuts with fine sandpaper and finished it with French Polish. I took about 1 1/2 hours of actual work.
