Rattle snake rattle placed inside the banjo seems to change the resonance and it's a good thing. I was told that folks in South Dakota have tossed rattles into their guitars and it changed the sound for the better. I thought I would try it with my banjo. I definitely hear a change. I think I'll keep it in there.
