I play fiddle a bit. Well enough for recording accompaniments. I play viola, 'cello, and mandolin too. We were at a concert here in Durham about a week ago that had Ken Jackson, Erynn Marshall, Carl Jones (my banjo/mando/fiddle teacher) and Bob Head and they were nice enough to sign my $59 Amazon black fiddle. In my music list is "The Gander's Strut" where I play mandolin, banjo, and fiddle.

I was pretty sure i remembered a piece you posted with a fiddlin' track... so i suspected. Hey... i hope you didn't tell all those fine musicians they were signin' an ebay El Cheapo... sheesh!
Oh... and this is a.... ahem... housekeeping item that requires your immediate attention sir: change yer freakin' "exp level" from novice (LOL) to somethin' more appropos... double sheesh!

I wish there were something between novice and purty good.
They knew about the fiddle. I told them, Erynn ahead of the concert, who was concerned about writing on a good violin. I told them all, "Don't worry"; I had bought it for that purpose. It actually plays well and the case alone was worth the price. There's a picture on my main page of the concert and the singer signers.
