Heh. Well. I outsmarted myself this time. I finished this and went to put it on the banjo and...it doesn't take an 11" head. I just assumed -- it being a new banjo and all -- they'd standardized on 11".
So I get to draw this all over again!

Thanks -- let's hope I can do it twice! Three times, actually, as that's based on a drawing I did several years ago. I have to do it over on the right sized banjo head (that'll teach me to make assumptions).
