This is my third banjo. I decided to make a tackhead with frets. I've been playing this banjo a lot, and I really like the way it sounds. I strung it with fishing line. I'm not crazy about the 4th string -- 50lb test. I tuned it up to A from open G, and it sounds pretty good. I'm going to try a wound classical guitar string for the 4th
