Yes - it is a XX model with the silver spun ring. This banjo sounds great!

I like these older OME & Ode banjos. the mahogany is very nice - and the neck carving is crisp and well done. They are a little slim compare d to the Reiter necks I play. but they feel fast and comfortable.
