The title literally means --Walking Dance (or tune) from Applebo--, a village in Sweden. I understand this is one of the two most common Swedish fiddle tunes. I first heard it back in my college days, but was reminded of it by a posting on the Fiddle Hangout by Michael Springer (fiddlepogo). I worked this out by downloading his version and slowing it down to play along with. It's my current obsession tune, and it sounds OK on banjo, too. I'll see if I can get smooth enough on the banjo version to post that. This is recorded in my kitchen with my little Olympus voice recorder. You can hear our standard poodle rushing around chasing the cat.

I am infinitely happy for your community.
For me, the process of writing music has always been an incredible passion. It's more than working on a text. When I work on new material, I get a lot of inspiration.
