started playing a week ago, tried to make a recording tonight of "will the circle be unbroken, first recorde the banjo ( as you can hear I am still a bit slow and not very secure) than added the guitar but had to hold back sometimes because of mistakes with the banjo to cover it all up I added some vocal tracks LOL hope to have improved some the next time I ll upload this track

Hey ,,it took me months to do what you have done in a few days ....I think it is A -OK ,,you have the melody very good and it is nice sang with your accent ..By all means DONT QUIT ,,stay after it ,,you will be very good ,,very soon ..

What, you can pick like that after 1 week of picking? Thats amazing! The tempo is allright, there are some pieces which simply have more expression when picked slow than fast. I pick it about the same speed. Nice vocals, too.

Kris, I just love you picking and singing this all time bluegrass standard! With your vocals, would like to hear Rocky Top. :) Girl, if I may say this....you look and sing like Rosanne Cash!!! Ya Know her mamma was a Carter. Keep this up and you will be blowing everyone away with picking and singing. Are you singing harmony too? Great job!!!
