5 stars for the music and a big grin for the whimsical title. Dictionary.com did not have the word sucrotic in it, so I deduced (with a little help from Google) that is related to sucrose. So here's to you and Mrs. Brown's lovely mound of sugary whipped lard.
If my reasoning about sucrotic is off, by all means do provide a definition.

Thanks for the nice comments! I lifted "Sucrotic whipped lard" from a short story by David Foster Wallace intitled "Mr. Squishy." I believe it is from a description of the stuff inside of a Hostess Cupcake. This tune is about Food! John D
