Another tune recorded late one evening while playing around with Kent Bilbrey's new digital recorder. I was messing around with John Hartford's classic song which is nice as an instrumental too (well, since I can't really sing lead). This was recorded banjo only, then Kent dropped in the other tracks a few weeks later as he was learning how to use his recorder. Kent is stepping all over me in this recording, but what ya gonna do? Basement grunge tapes. LOL. Kinda sloppy but still pretty interesting... Thanks, Kent! This was fun. If I ever make a cleaner recording of this I'll replace this one. Enjoy.

A lovely tune and a really genuine rendition of it. It's not the perfection of the recording that matters, it's the fun you're sharing. Loved it.

Nice rendition of one of my all time favs. Try it with double banjo - it works!
