I read this phrase on a bottlecap the other day and sat down and wrote this song. In our partisan times I think this is something we need to consider.

A fine song for troubled times. "No matter what you say, they will wave it al away; they want to give, but they don't want to receive." I fear introspection is not practiced much by today's cable cognoscenti, and those who follow them. If you were still a moderator, you would have to lock such a subversive idea.
