Nice and clean, a sweet melody. I played it through on my own (double-C capoed up to D, right) and its fun to play. I roll right along with until the blue note at 0:33 (and in the repeats). Blue notes are fine, but this one is out of place. Put it up one fret and I think that will clear up.

Thank you for the feedback, and thank you for being very specific too. I never heard of a blue note before; I will have to look it up and learn more about it.

I have to agree with argybarg, it's far too sweet a tune overall for that one flat note, but having said that, I'd keep the context of that blue note for a future tune!

Well, just to sow a little confusion here...I think the "blue" note...that momentary shift to a minor key...is actually the best part of the tune...it's what raises it above the ordinary and gives it character. I say, leave it in!
