Nicely done, not very often heard on a 5 string; we play it at local Celtic sessions so I am working on this one (haven't reached your speed on that 1 yet).
I was trying to work out what tune I heard a bar of at the end :-) Obviously the next tune in the usual set of 3.

Thanks, Chris. The bar at the end is me accidentally starting the D part for the 3rd time. I just quit after that.

Thanks for putting me out of my misery, John.
Round here we always refer to it by its nickname of "Jug of Slugs" - delicious !

Having got close to your tempo on it now, I can see how easy it is not to stop after 2 (or 3) times around :-)
I see it's often played with Athol Highlanders in a set, which is good because I already play that 1; only difficulty is that the latter is in key of A so I may have to relearn that so I can do it in A without a capo.

Sounds good, Chris; would like to hear your version. Athol Highlanders is down on my to learn tunes.

Turns out Athol H is quite easy out of open G tuning (no capo) provided you just spike the 5th string to A (7th fret). Just worked it out and now playing it against a midi file.
