This crooked song from Kentucky is a good intro for me to J.P. Fraley's fiddling. John Hartford String Band does a great version, too, and it's in Jeff Titon's Old-Time Kentucky Fiddle Tunes book.

Some fine, sweet picking, Janet, a nice arrangement. Fraley is a good fiddler to borrow tunes from, he is very elegant and mellifluous in his playing.

great little tune..."Ole Maysville" Kentucky up on the Ohio river. Just a "hop-skip-and a "jump" up river from Cinnci. Great job Janet!
