I like the tone at the beginning up high on the neck, that is almost spot on picking to Earl as well...
I have a 30's tb-3 that I'd like to put a burlile ring in, if I could find one ,and also had the money when it came up for sale...
Timing is everything. Thanks for posting, and I wouldn't buy a banjo for the tone ring, that's just not right...

Great job, Fred. Your picking is extremely good and I really enjoy the accuracy, tone and timing that you get out of every banjo you play. How about more songs from you...I'm looking for Washington County...you really tear that one up! Best wishes.
