A really quick recording of Squirrel Hunters just to see how the unfinished Oregon Myrtle banjo might sound in modal tuning. Its all out of myrtlewood, with no tone ring, a 25" scale, twin heavy carbon rods, a small peghead, extra wide fingerboard. The rim is 12" x 1/2" x 3".

Wow! I don't know much about old time playing, but that's a cool sounding banjo and the playing is great.
