The dancers who dance to this tune must have adapted to its crooked meter -- it would have been delightful to see and hear.

I didn't catch crookedness in either the tune or the playing. Maybe my hearing is crooked and it's compensating. :>)

Kitty's Fancy Mazurka - the name given to me by Will Duty a fiddler from whom I learned the tune. Will's version had some different notes, especially at the parts' endings.
